The Sufficiency of God’s Word
God's Word is Enough for You
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV
The Bible is not just another book. It is the living, breathing Word of God, sufficient to guide, teach, and sustain us in every aspect of life.
While the world offers endless opinions and self-help strategies, only God’s Word stands eternal and true.
The sufficiency of Scripture means we do not need to look elsewhere for ultimate truth. The Word of God is complete, equipping us for every good work. It reproves when we stray, corrects when we falter, and instructs us in righteousness so that we may walk worthy of our calling.
As believers, we must anchor our decisions, families, and churches in the Word. This means daily reading, meditating, and obeying the truths of Scripture. When confusion arises, the Bible provides clarity. When trials come, the Bible provides comfort. When questions surface, the Bible provides answers.
Let us commit ourselves afresh to trust in the sufficiency of God’s Word. In it, we find everything needed for life and godliness.
